He specialises in developing unifying technical architectures, shaping product-centric technology roadmaps, and leading engineering organisations of more than 200 people. His experience spans supply chain, personalised semi-autonomous retail experiences, geographic information systems, machine learning, computational biology, and mathematical modelling. Alongside building systems, Feroz mentors senior engineers and technical leaders, develops new domain frameworks and writes about engineering leadership, stewardship and systems thinking.
