Neeraj is Field CTO at Blitzy, bringing over 25 years of experience in AI/ML, multimodal systems, and enterprise software engineering. He works closely with enterprise customers to design and deploy autonomous software development solutions, focusing on architecture, security, and production reliability. Previously, Neeraj led the transformation of Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Contact Center through agentic AI and advanced speech recognition technologies. He also held technical leadership roles at Nuance and Dragon Systems, developing enterprise and healthcare speech recognition platforms. His expertise spans agentic orchestration, responsible AI, and scaling AI systems from research to production.
